Texas Bond Review Board
Certain tax-exempt PABs issued in the State of Texas are subject to Chapter 1372 of the Texas Government Code which mandates the process of the allocation of the State’s annual private activity bond authority. The PAB allocation program regulates the federally mandated PAB volume authority and monitors the amount of demand, allocation, and the use of the State’s PAB authority each year.
